- During drops, holidays, and sales, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Gloryhearts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gloryhearts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered.
Delays
Gloryhearts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Customs delays
- Carrier issues outside of our control
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
